Job Summary
Manage technical teams including Team Leaders, mechanics, and energy specialists to oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventive actions ensuring continuous production uptime. Coordinate shift Team Leaders and lead daily DMS meetings across the entire facility. Analyze technical failures to prevent recurrence and optimize operational processes within the Maintenance Department. Collaborate with external service providers and participate in investment projects to implement new technologies that enhance production efficiency. Build a high-performance technical culture and drive long-term strategic initiatives within the continuous manufacturing plant. Schedule: 8-16, Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne / managerskie
- Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w zakładzie produkcyjnym
- Znajomość angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu obszarem Utrzymania Ruchu lub produkcji
- Umiejętność skutecznego zarządzania wieloma zadaniami
- Strategiczne myślenie
- Skuteczność we wdrażaniu zmian
- Umiejętność budowania zaangażowania zespołu
