Job Summary
Coordinate child protection and anti-discrimination matters across all ALBA BERLIN societies by serving as the central contact point for reports, complaints, and risk analyses. Manage the professional accompaniment of cases under § 13 AGG and § 8a SGB VIII, including threat assessments, documentation, and monitoring of protective measures against boundary violations and discrimination. Develop and implement organizational-wide prevention and complaint structures while providing counseling to parents, coaches, and youth. Plan and coordinate training initiatives, sensitivity measures, and interdisciplinary collaboration to advance these cross-cutting themes. Full-time employment with flexible hours and home-office options.
Required Qualifications
- Weiterbildung zur Insoweit erfahrenen Fachkraft (Kinderschutz)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, pädagogische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung (z. B. Antidiskriminierungsberatung oder Beschwerdemanagement)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Kinderschutz und/oder Antidiskriminierung
- Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
- Ein souveräner Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Vertraulichkeit
- Kooperationsfähigkeit
- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
- Einsicht in ein aktuelles erweitertes Führungszeugnis
Desired Qualifications
- erste Berufserfahrung im Kinderschutz, in der Antidiskriminierungsarbeit oder in einem vergleichbaren Beratungsfeld
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Umsetzung von Schutz-, Präventions- oder Beschwerdestrukturen
