Job Summary
Coordinate all inbound and outbound trucks and associated warehouse processes while scheduling and assigning shifts for approximately ten warehouse staff. Ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly by administering office and equipment management, verifying quality standards against checklists, and conducting independent training sessions with thorough documentation. Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the facility, identify process improvements, and implement changes with the team. This role supports cargo-partner's logistics services at the Fischamend site, featuring a two-shift rotation model and a gross monthly salary starting at €2,600.
Required Qualifications
- mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Lagerumschlag
- sicher in der Kommunikation auf Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift)
- solide Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lagerwirtschaftssystemen & Time Slot Management Tools
- sicher im Umgang mit dem Computer und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- hohe Eigeninitiative und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Klare Kommunikation sowie eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der Weiterentwicklung und an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- in intensiven Phasen behält den Überblick und deinen Teamspirit
- Staplerschein
Desired Qualifications
