Job Summary
Prepare monthly management reports and operational analyses, including variance and budget execution reviews. Monitor operational and administrative costs, forecast financials, and coordinate the company budget preparation. Track budget target achievement, forecast cash flows, initiate corrective actions, and calculate standard product costs. This hybrid role (3 days in office) offers a competitive salary of 8,000–10,000 PLN gross. Candidates require 2–3 years of financial experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 lata doświadczenia w dziale finansowym najlepiej w firmie produkcyjnej
- Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe (ekonomia, finanse lub pokrewne)
- Umiejętność sporządzania analiz finansowych
- Umiejętność analizy odchyleń produkcyjnych
- Zdolność analitycznego myślenia
- Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów
- Znajomość zasad rachunkowości
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
- Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel
- Wymagania fizyczne opisane w sekcji „Kluczowe obowiązki”
Desired Qualifications
- mile widziana znajomość narzędzi typu Power BI
- Mile widziana znajomość systemu JDE
- Dodatkowym atutem będzie umiejętność kalkulacji kosztu standardowego
