Job Summary
Develop and optimize data pipelines, data flows, and the Snowflake data warehouse using dbt, Spark, and Airflow. Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability while collaborating with BI/Analytics teams to transform business needs into robust solutions. Identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency within the AWS cloud environment. This six-month consulting assignment in Stockholm offers significant ownership of platform development for a growing technology team.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience working as a Data Engineer
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake
- Practical experience with dbt and modern analytics engineering practices
- Experience with Airflow and data pipeline orchestration
- Experience with Spark and large-scale data processing
- Experience working with AWS or a comparable cloud environment
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and modelling
- A strong focus on data quality, performance, and building robust solutions
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliveries
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working closely with BI and Analytics teams

- Experience with Tableau or other BI/visualization tools

- Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning
