Job Summary
Konsultuppdrag as Buyer/Upphandlare based in Stockholm with hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include handling call-offs from framework agreements and procuring contractors in areas such as civil works, electrical power, and mechanical disciplines; negotiating prices and delivery times with suppliers; updating prices, delivery times and minimum quantities in the VMS system; managing orders, collecting and registering order confirmations, and communicating deviations to stakeholders; collaborating closely with purchasing colleagues; supporting the team of eight purchasers and contributing to Hydro's transformation journey. Required knowledge includes AB04, ABK09, ABT06 familiarity and experience with e-Avrop; Swedish- and English-language capabilities; a flexible mindset and relevant experience in the energy sector is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with call-offs against existing contracts
- Negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers
- Update prices, delivery times and minimum quantities in VMS
- Order management and registration of order confirmations
- Feedback of deviations to stakeholders
- Collaboration with purchasing colleagues
- Experience with AB04, ABK09, ABT06
- Experience with e-Avrop
- Energy sector experience considered an advantage
- Swedish- and English-speaking
