Job Summary
Conduct QA coaching and test leadership while developing test strategies and managing automation projects using Cypress and Selenium. Create test plans, test cases, and strategies, and utilize tools like Jira, ReqTest, or TFS to deliver high-quality results. Manage both large-scale projects with multiple testers and smaller deliveries requiring holistic ownership. Requires minimum four years of QA/test experience, strong communication skills in Swedish and English, and familiarity with test automation tools. ISTQB certification is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minst 4 års erfarenhet av test/QA
- Erfarenhet av både större projekt med flera testare och även mindre leveranser där du har haft ett helhetsåtagande inom test/QA
- Erfarenhet av testautomatisering med verktyg som Cypress, Selenium etc.
- Tagit fram testplaner, testfall och gärna även teststrategier
- Jobbat med verktyg som Jira, ReqTest eller TFS
- God kommunikationsförmåga på både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift
Desired Qualifications
- Erfarenhet av eller intresse för konsultrollen
- En certifiering inom test/kvalitet som t.ex. ISTQB
