Job Summary
Conduct product design and development for energy storage systems and traction batteries by preparing construction documentation, selecting materials and components, and verifying technical solutions against client requirements and standards. Create 2D and 3D CAD models and oversee technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and certificates. Analyze product design inquiries while adhering to deadlines and propose technical solutions tailored to client needs. Participate in project reviews, FMEA (AMDEC), and suggest corrective actions to optimize designs for cost (DFM, DFA). Manage customer order processes and ensure projects align with mechanical constraints and industrial processes. Requires five years of experience in product development and complex multi-material assemblies, plus proficiency in CREO and PLM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (mechanika lub pokrewne)
- Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (w mowie i piśmie)
- Umiejętność projektowania 3D oraz tworzenia dokumentacji 2D
- Co najmniej 5 lat doświadczenia w rozwoju produktów oraz projektowaniu złożonych zespołów (wielomateriałowych)
- Znajomość ograniczeń mechanicznych (tolerancje, wymiarowanie itp.)
- Solidne kompetencje w zakresie mechaniki, materiałoznawstwa i procesów przemysłowych
- Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów rozwojowych i wdrażaniu nowych produktów do produkcji
Desired Qualifications
- preferowane oprogramowanie: CREO (sheetmetal)
- Znajomość narzędzi PLM (np. Windchill)
- Wiedza z zakresu baterii trakcyjnych, systemów magazynowania energii lub urządzeń elektromechanicznych
