Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks adhering to defined standards while actively promoting the restaurant's menu and wine selection. Manage billing and order entry accurately in accordance with legal requirements, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar, dining area, and storage spaces. Polish the beechwood tables, arrange seating, and ensure uniforms remain representative and complete. Store beverages and resources correctly, use company inventory responsibly, and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Requires a minimum of two years of independent waitstaff experience, strong communication and sales skills, and excellent English proficiency. Monthly net pay ranges from 1300 to 1800 EUR.
