Job Summary
Organize tables, take orders, and process payments while promoting special offers and food/beverage recommendations to guests. Maintain hygiene standards in the workspace, participate in inventory checks, and monitor drink stock levels to report replenishment needs. Serve alcohol responsibly, ensure guest safety, and resolve guest complaints professionally by escalating major issues to supervisors. Conduct daily equipment checks for service tools, report malfunctions, and uphold a professional appearance per dress code rules. Adhere to all safety and sanitary standards throughout the shift.
