Job Summary
Conduct interactive Konkani language classes via Zoom, adapting methods for diverse age groups and proficiency levels. Design engaging lesson plans, exercises, and assessments to track student progress while integrating culture, traditions, and folklore into the curriculum. Provide regular, constructive feedback to improve students' reading, writing, and speaking skills. Maintain a stable internet connection and organized virtual teaching space with proficiency in spoken and written Konkani. Work remotely with flexible hours and competitive compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Konkani, Language Studies, Literature, Education, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Konkani (online or offline)
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Konkani
- Good understanding of Konkani grammar, literature, and practical usage
- Ability to communicate in English or Hindi for bilingual instruction
- Stable internet connection
- A quiet, well-organized virtual teaching space
- Comfort with using Zoom and digital teaching tools
- Ability to incorporate visual aids and interactive content for better engagement
