Job Summary
Prepare mise-en-place, cook, and present desserts according to hotel standards, including personalessen upon kitchen leadership instruction. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Requires at least four years of pastry experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or upscale gastronomy, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility for various shifts including weekends, evenings, and early mornings. Fluency in German or English is essential. Full-time, year-round or seasonal employment with a six-day week totaling 48 hours. Starting gross monthly salary begins at €2,500, subject to experience and qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Patissier in einem 4*- oder 5*-Hotel oder einer gehobenen Gastronomie
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Flexibilität zur Arbeit in verschiedenen Schichten, einschließlich Wochenenden, Abenden und gelegentlich frühen Morgenstunden
- Fließend in Deutsch oder Englisch
