Job Summary
Conduct installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and removals of Konami gaming products within assigned territories, including travel up to 75% of the work time. Perform on-site training for casino personnel, manage service tickets and inventory accounting, and handle heavy equipment lifting and vehicle maintenance. Escalate complex technical issues to management and participate in new product rollouts, beta installations, and trade show setups. Maintain accurate records of part usage and equipment status while ensuring compliance with Gaming Control Board requirements. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, reporting directly to field service supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Clean Driver License that is in excellent standing with the DMV
- Ability to move and lift heavy equipment within measured guidelines (75+ lbs)
- Gaming Control Board approval
- Full time / 40 + Hours per week
- Flexibility for on-call, overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays
- Competent level of PC knowledge
- Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business
- Ability to obtain and retain gaming licensure
- Clean driving record
- Advanced written communication skills in the English language
- Advanced verbal communication skills using the English language
- Advanced customer service skills including: Listening skills, ability to empathize with customer, sensitivity to delivery tone and how to communicate in various situations
- Advanced basic knowledge of many aspects of Konami's gaming products and engineering infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of some Konami gaming products
- Advanced knowledge of compliance requirements
- In-depth knowledge of skills in the areas of: Electronics knowledge, Electro-mechanical assemblies, Advanced troubleshooting skills
