Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to present current portfolio offers and tariff plans. Execute follow-up calls until contract creation and system booking of the tariff are completed. Perform onboarding for four hours per day during weekdays for two days, followed by full-time remote work from home using provided equipment. This role supports the company's core subscriber service and dialog marketing for clients in energy and tourism sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Freude daran, Kundengespräche freundlich und kompetent zu führen
