Cook to join the kitchen team at Northern Lights Village Saariselkä. Responsibilities include preparing and plating meals with attention to quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, collaborating with kitchen staff, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory and resources, and contributing ideas for menu development. Requirements include prior cooking experience, knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and Nordic cuisine, fluent English, strong food safety knowledge, excellent time management and organizational skills, and teamwork. Beneficial qualifications include Finnish language skills, Finnish food hygiene proficiency, Nordic cuisine experience, allergen knowledge, and a valid B driver’s license.
