Job Summary
Prepare delicious dishes and buffets for the hotel breakfast, restaurant EAST, meeting guests, and the rooftop bar GAPP. Collaborate with the brigade on mise en place, lunch service, and break preparations while adhering to strict hygiene and HACCP protocols. Assist colleagues with cooking and cutting techniques, perform cleaning tasks, and manage on-call rotations across weekdays, weekends, and late shifts in the restaurant.
