Conduct independent coding and grouping of inpatient treatment cases based on primary documentation while serving as the competent contact for fixed clinical departments. Support physicians and nursing staff with documentation and coding inquiries, and contribute to processing MD and insurance inquiries. Assist in the continuous development of coding and documentation processes, including analysis and optimization of coding quality. Collaborate with colleagues to implement new ideas and participate in digital process optimization initiatives. Requires multiple years of experience in stationary medical controlling and familiarity with German coding guidelines and the DRG system.
