Job Summary
Prepare traditional and creative dishes for guests while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Manage ordering and storage of fresh ingredients, and collaborate with the service team to maintain smooth operations. Participate in planning and executing events and special occasions. The role requires culinary experience, preferably in gastronomy or hospitality, along with flexibility for weekends and holidays. We offer a six-day work week, accommodation with meals, and a personal room with shower, TV, and Wi-Fi located directly on the ski slope in Ski amadé.
Required Qualifications
