Job Summary
Prepare Italian and Mediterranean dishes following restaurant standards while managing mise en place, meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, sauces, and sides on your assigned station. Ensure workplace cleanliness and HACCP compliance through daily operations. Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and à la carte service. Work independently with a focus on speed, organization, and hygiene in a full-time, year-round role. The position offers free accommodation and meals within a modern, international kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung als Koch, Chef de Partie oder selbstständiger Koch
- Kenntnisse der Küchenhygiene sowie der Lebensmittelhygiene- und HACCP-Standards
- Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Restaurantbetrieb zu arbeiten
Desired Qualifications
