Job Summary
Prepare breakfast buffets and four-course evening menus in buffet style across three to four days weekly, coordinating with kitchen staff for six days. Manage buffet presentation, decoration, and daily kitchen cleaning, inspection, and acceptance. Enforce HACCP hygiene standards, train kitchen assistants, oversee inventory ordering, and control budgets and food quality. Work from mid-May to mid-October in our three-star first mountain hotels in Austria. Accommodation, meals, and social security registration are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Kochlehre
- EU-Staatsangehörigkeit
- freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt
- Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level B1)
