Job Summary
Prepare fresh meals for early morning and lunch service or reheat pre-delivered dishes in a combi-steam oven. Manage sales, cash register operations, and accounting tasks. Handle dishwashing and cleaning duties. Work full-time from Monday to Friday between 05:30 and 14:00. Join gourmetta, which supplies canteens for businesses and schools, delivers menus to private clients and organizations, and organizes catering events using daily fresh food prepared in collaboration with local farmers and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch (m/w/d)
- Erste Erfahrungen aus der klassischen Gastronomie
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse von HACCP-Richtlinien
- Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Interesse an einer langfristigen Beschäftigung
- Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag in der Zeit von 05:30 Uhr bis 14:00 Uhr
