Job Summary
Control incoming supplies and manage inventory, prepare hot and cold meals including salads and desserts, and coordinate catering orders for off-site services. Arrange plated meals and monitor food distribution while maintaining strict HACCP protocols. Require a completed vocational training and experience in Cook & Chill kitchens or communal catering. Full-time role (39 hours/week) with weekend and holiday shifts at St. Josefskrankenhaus Freiburg. Fair compensation, employee events, and childcare support available.
Required Qualifications
- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
- Kenntnisse in der Arbeitsweise nach HACCP
- PC-Kenntnisse und den Umgang mit Office Programmen
- Vollzeit (39Std Woche) mit Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
