Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized product recommendations to drive sales and build loyalty. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily stock replenishment and recovery. Demonstrate ownership in achieving store objectives by supporting operations with pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection protocols. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, adhering to physical requirements for lifting up to 40 lbs.
