Job Summary
Knowledge Systems Specialist in London responsible for tracking adoption and usage of AI tools, coordinating internal AI training, managing communications and providing day-to-day operational support for the firm's AI initiatives. Collaborates with Senior Legal Engineers to embed AI technologies across the firm, monitors training completion, maintains licences and access permissions, and creates regular usage analytics reports to inform strategy and targeted interventions. Focuses on keeping internal AI-related channels up to date and supporting events and Alexander AI-related initiatives to raise awareness of the firm's AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in legal technology or a similar innovation-focused role within a law firm or legal department
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of tools such as Excel and PowerBI
- Experience coordinating training programmes, events or communications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Genuine interest in AI and legal technology, with a proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to learn
- Understanding of or interest in legal processes and how lawyers work to contribute effectively to the team
- Prior experience gathering and analysing user feedback or conducting user research beneficial
