Job Summary
Knowledge Manager to develop and implement knowledge management strategies for the DIA program; manages knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, wikis); facilitates communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions; develops training materials, standard operating procedures, and best-practice documentation; implements knowledge management tools and technologies; ensures knowledge is accessible, current, and aligned with organizational needs in a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience in knowledge management
- Experience with knowledge management systems and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, wikis)
- Strong documentation and content management skills
- Understanding of information architecture and taxonomy development
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Duties include developing and implementing KM strategies, managing knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms, facilitating communities of practice, developing training materials and SOPs, implementing KM tools, ensuring knowledge is accessible and current
