Job Summary
Knowledge Manager to align processes and technology, ensuring seamless information sharing across analyst organizations for high-priority analytic production. Responsibilities include aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production; collaborating with management and internal teams on knowledge management initiatives and information sharing protocols; documenting and updating knowledge management procedures and maintaining a robust library of accessible documentation; recommending and implementing process and policy improvements to optimize information flow; maintaining configuration management items and policies related to information sharing and data flow; coordinating with stakeholders to ensure complete, functioning systems meeting information sharing requirements; travel within CONUS up to 25% to support mission objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master‘s Degree and 7+ years, OR a PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
- Experience in knowledge management, specifically aligning technology with organizational processes.
- Experience working across a team to drive a security and information sharing agenda with complex, intertwined data flows.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology and process documentation.
- Experience meeting technical requirements in a sponsor’s environment or similar high-stakes government contracting environments.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
