Knowledge Manager

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and document requirements, translating them into business processes and SharePoint workflows. Develop and deploy knowledge management strategies using Confluence and SharePoint while maintaining access controls and intellectual property rights. Provide document storage, train teams on knowledgebase maintenance, and troubleshoot portal issues or prepare for migrations. Create design framework documentation, user guides, and service desk tickets to ensure consistent quality and compliance. Monitor applications to verify configurations and maintain constant functionality. Serve as backup to the program Staffing Coordinator as needed.
