Job Summary
Lead the Knowledge Management Team responsible for producing and maintaining practice- and industry-focused content, including updates on legislation, case law, trends, and legal analysis. Drive content creation/editing of speeches, articles, blogs, presentations, and webinars; maintain current intranet resources and a comprehensive content library with model documents, forms, precedents, and checklists. Collaborate with practice/industry leaders and cross-functional teams to align KM initiatives with firm goals, leverage firm-wide tools and technologies, and develop KPIs to measure impact. Provide strategic direction on knowledge strategy, manage KMAs and coordination teams, mentor staff, and ensure strong relationships with IT, Innovation, Marketing, and Talent departments. Salary ranges indicate region-specific compensation for Colorado, New York, Chicago, and Seattle markets; bonuses available and benefits package provided.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree required
- Minimum of 10-12+ years’ experience as an employment litigator and/or knowledge management attorney
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience leading a team of attorneys
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Passion for knowledge-sharing, organizational skills, proficiency with technology
