Job Summary

Knowledge Management Specialist responsible for improving organizational knowledge management through process improvement, performance measurement, and business management analysis. Lead development and execution of knowledge management strategy, working with clients to understand issues, missions, and future direction, and leveraging tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform to automate workflows, enhance knowledge sharing, and integrate information systems. Role requires stakeholder engagement, ability to pilot emerging technologies (including Generative AI), and strong client-facing communication. Security clearance (Secret) is required. Includes guidance on transformation and change advisory to help organizations achieve long-term goals and design processes to address systemic challenges. Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience implementing Knowledge Management strategies
  • Experience working with clients to understand issues, needs, missions, and future direction
  • Experience building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 through 2019 and Office365 platforms, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists, and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
  • Experience conducting stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering activities to identify knowledge management, communications, and business process challenges, and implementing solutions that promote knowledge sharing and strengthen integration between information systems
  • Experience evaluating, piloting, and integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI capabilities, to improve knowledge discovery, workforce productivity, and decision-making
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate, to develop automated workflows and connect enterprise systems
  • Secret clearance required
