Job Summary
Serve as the division's primary liaison to the Information and Knowledge Management Section, conducting discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and operational assessments to understand workflows, business rules, and system dependencies. Document current-state and future-state processes, capture and prioritize requirements through the established management process, and analyze battle rhythm events to identify manual or inefficient activities for process redesign or automation. Define business requirements and acceptance criteria for proposed solutions, support design reviews and user acceptance testing, and assist in establishing sustainable information structures including knowledge repositories and information governance practices. Monitor solution effectiveness, develop status reports, and ensure all processes comply with cybersecurity and privacy requirements while promoting knowledge sharing across staff divisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience with BS/BA
- 3 years with MS/MA
- 0 years PhD
- 7 years with Associate
- 9 years with no degree
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical users
- Experience recording meeting minutes, managing schedules, and coordinating cross-functional team activities
- Ability to understand and track basic technical terminology related to application development and automation
- Customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Must possess DoD Top Secret with SCI clearance
- U.S Citizenship Required
