Job Summary
The Knowledge Management (Requirements Analysis) - Senior position at Leidos involves supporting the USCYBERCOM J2 mission through aligning processes and technologies for effective information sharing among analysts. The role includes leveraging databases, content management, and records management systems to optimize workflows for data retrieval. Key responsibilities include developing reports on knowledge management capabilities, disseminating intelligence products, capturing user requirements, and maintaining documentation for systems. Candidates should have extensive experience in knowledge management and solid educational background, along with an active security clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or a Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Desired Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission
- Prior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains
- Experience implementing knowledge-capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best-practice libraries
- Knowledge of data-lifecycle management and cross-domain information-sharing solutions
- Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
