Job Summary
Design and implement Knowledge Management systems using Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, and ServiceNow at required security classification levels. Maintain the Records and Information Management program and a central repository of IT services support knowledge accessible to government personnel. Manage SharePoint site collections, including group permissions, libraries, links, lists, and libraries with branching logic. Develop Microsoft InfoPath Forms and PowerApps to meet internal and external requirements while supporting the modernization of current and legacy collaboration systems. Requires 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and an active DoD Secret Clearance.
