Job Summary
Knowledge Management Engineer to support EUCOM KM initiatives; develop SharePoint sites, Power Platform apps, and Power BI dashboards; conduct qualitative user research, develop interview guides, and translate requirements into KM solutions; map processes, gather data, and analyze operations to identify inefficiencies and improve business processes; apply Lean, Agile, and design thinking to standardize KM practices; design, implement, and sustain KM platforms and digital workflows; provide training, workshops, and user guides to drive adoption; collaborate with USEUCOM staff, act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, and ensure compliance with DoD data governance and cybersecurity standards; maintain system documentation and lifecycle plans; possess strong communication skills for briefings and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain a TESA visa in Germany
- BA/BS + 5 years, AA/AS + 7 years, major cert + 9 years, OR 11 years of specialized KM/IT experience
- Experience with custom developed Microsoft Power Apps / Model Driven Applications
- 5+ years in business process analysis/engineering, with proven experience in process mapping and improvement
- 5+ years administering SharePoint (2016/2019/Online), including site collections, page design, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Power BI, and workflow tools (Power Automate, SharePoint Designer)
- Experience in KM or process reengineering in a military HQ or joint command environment
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification
