Job Summary
Develop and manage enterprise knowledge systems and operational data platforms to support reporting, analytics, and command decision-making for EXU-1; design, develop, and maintain relational databases, data schemas, and metadata standards to ensure data consistency and accessibility; define infrastructure requirements for hosting databases and data systems in coordination with IT and cybersecurity teams, including cloud or hybrid hosting environments; identify and implement tools for real-time or near-real-time analytics; build dashboards and automated reporting tools; organize and fuse institutional knowledge and operational datasets; serve as a nexus for knowledge and data across departments and with organizational partners; manage collaboration platforms (including SharePoint) and metadata taxonomy; develop SOPs and information-management standards; ensure compliance with information management practices; contribute to data integration across systems and reporting workflows; support mission operations with analytical reports and performance insights; coordinate data migrations and performance tuning; support leadership decision-making with dashboards and COP-like visuals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience supporting Knowledge Management, enterprise data systems, database development, analytics, or information management.
- BA/BS or higher in Computer Science, Information Science, Knowledge Management, Data Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Experience managing or supporting enterprise collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
- Experience designing or maintaining relational databases and enterprise data repositories.
- Experience generating analytical reports, dashboards, or automated reporting tools supporting operational decision making.
- Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including process descriptions and operational checklists.
- Experience working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or similar analytical tools preferred.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for data processing (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent) preferred.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Current DoD Top Secret / SCI security clearance required.
