Job Summary
Edit recorded training videos and produce transcripts using Camtasia and Microsoft Stream. Compile reports, maintain accurate records, and manage communication channels to support organizational knowledge sharing. Draft position descriptions, policies, SOPs, decision trees, and process workflows while maintaining SharePoint sites with secure file management. Facilitate client meetings, capture technical notes, and document lessons learned. Develop tracking tools, executive presentations, and communication materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign. Create project timelines, track dependencies, conduct skills gap analyses, and support workforce succession planning with senior leadership. Ensure data governance, taxonomy, and document management standards across digital platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a government consultant or support contractor collecting, analyzing, preparing, and presenting data to senior government leadership
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with tools such as Adobe In-Design, Camtasia, Microsoft Stream, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and for our client, understanding their needs and work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
- U.S. citizen able to pass a background investigation by the client agency
- DHS clearance with CBP, or DoD Top-Secret preferred
