Job Summary
Knowledge Management Advisor who will own the end-to-end KM lifecycle across CX operations, defining strategy and governance for content, standards, and platform optimization; drive adoption, accountability for content ownership, and alignment with frontline workflows; partner with CX leaders, PXOs, Training, Adoption & Change, and Technology to ensure knowledge supports onboarding, daily operations, and continuous improvement; establish governance models and success metrics (e.g., search effectiveness, usage, content health), coach knowledge content and platform teams, and operate in an agile, cross-functional environment. Fully remote role with travel up to 25%.
