Job Summary
Knowledge Exchange Specialist to influence upstream healthy public policy by translating data and research into actionable policy guidance. Responsibilities include building multi-sectoral relationships, engaging in systems-level partnerships, and applying knowledge-to-action concepts, knowledge translation, and knowledge mobilization to shape policies related to health, equity, and well-being. Requires excellent written and oral communication, ability to manage competing priorities, and demonstrated initiative, self-direction, and professionalism. The role emphasizes independent work with guidance from various sources and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in public health settings. Language proficiency in English (oral, reading, writing) is required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Master’s degree in health sciences or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience working in the field of knowledge exchange in public health and/or with health care partners
