Job Summary
Maintain knowledge base materials and assist with coordinating learning and training activities for internal teams and customers. Develop, organize, and update documentation including manuals and FAQs, while supporting reviews of customer-facing content to ensure accuracy with the latest product information. Prepare materials and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs, and manage records for learning tools and platforms. Track training participation and progress to prepare summary reports for the team. This three-month internship with Mekari offers hands-on exposure to knowledge management and L&D practices within Indonesia's leading SaaS company.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate (any major)
- currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree
- Available to intern for a minimum of 3 months
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to express information clearly and simply
