Job Summary
Knowledge Analyst responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources; will leverage AI-enabled tools (NLP, semantic search, document classification, automated tagging) to accelerate processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets for consulting teams. Key duties include curating, tagging, and organizing content in knowledge repositories with consistent metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, and version control; ensuring data quality, governance, confidentiality, and compliance; supporting governance standards and dashboards; collaborating with IT and KM stakeholders to improve repository efficiency and searchability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support
- Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with tools like SharePoint
