Job Summary
Maintain safety in queues, mazes, and attractions while managing lines to prevent walkway blockages. Assist supervisors and guests with standard exiting procedures, answer questions, provide directions, and ensure a controlled environment. Clean and maintain attractions and queues. Diffuse tense situations such as line jumping and attraction closures while working effectively under pressure. Stand for extended periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Be available for all Haunt nights from September 17 through October 31.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for all Haunt nights assigned
- Age requirement: 18+
- Must be able to work with employees and guests in a positive, productive, and professional manner
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure and diffuse tense situations such as line jumping and attraction closures
- Basic arithmetic, counting and time keeping are required
- Candidates should be able to comfortably stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to be exposed to entertainment special effects such as, but not limited to, loud noises, fog and strobing lights
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
