Job Summary
Maintain safety in mazes and attractions while assisting supervisors and guests with standard exiting procedures. Answer guest questions, provide directions, and keep guests moving in an orderly, forward manner to uphold a safe, friendly, and controlled environment. Adhere to and enforce safety guidelines within Halloween attractions, cleaning and maintaining the interior of attractions and queues. Perform other tasks as assigned while working with employees and guests in a positive, productive, and professional manner under pressure. This role requires standing for extended periods and exposure to entertainment special effects including loud noises, fog, and strobing lights. Availability is needed for all assigned training and event dates through October 31st, including weekday/weekend nights and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work all assigned Scary Farm training and event dates that include weekday/weekends nights and holidays
- Must be able to work with employees and guests in a positive, productive, and professional manner
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure and diffuse tense situations such as disagreement with talent, being excessively scared and attraction closures
- Candidates should be able to comfortably stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to be exposed to entertainment special effects such as, but not limited to, loud noises, fog and strobing lights
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Age requirement: 18+
