Job Summary
Conduct hands-on engineering work across Fire Testing Lab, Quality & Technical Services, Maintenance, Manufacturing Lines, and Supply Chain while solving real problems and contributing to meaningful projects. Engage in open dialogue with Asia-Pacific Regional leaders and participate in overseas travel opportunities as part of the 24-month LEAP development journey. Receive guaranteed full-time employment upon successful completion, supported by mentoring from senior leaders and structured training. Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, the program begins at the end of 2026 or early 2027 for graduates with 0 to 3 years of experience.
