Job Summary
SME Banker role responsible for the proactive sale of all Business Banking products and services (including loans, payment solutions, insurance and digital solutions) in the client portfolio. You will manage and expand the trading fund and develop a network within the HUB. You will build relationships through cross-selling, lead generation, and 360° calls; act as an ambassador for ING Business Banking and coach colleagues on credit knowledge. You decide on credits within your competences and submit files to credit decision makers. Reporting to the Segment Manager Business Banking (SME Manager). GJA: 15. Required Qualifications
- A master's degree or equivalent commercial experience
- Good knowledge of the Bank's credit policy
