Job Summary
Recruit, lead, and coach large, diverse teams to drive motivation and maintain high standards in a big box retail environment. Foster strong relationships with team members, peers, and customers while demonstrating great standards across merchandising and safety. Adapt quickly to change, work at a fast pace, and think on your feet to keep the team focused. Manage a schedule involving 1 in 3 weekends with opportunities for development across the Kmart and Target groups.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a manager across either a big box or high-volume retail environment
- Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams
- Values that reflect a high level of commitment to 'safety'
- Values that reflect a high level of commitment to 'customer'
- Values that reflect a belief in constantly motivating your team to 'reach higher' every day
- Ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
