Job Summary

Conduct or facilitate four Knowledge Management Representative Courses annually, developing content aligned with KM Doctrine and standards. Collaborate with government and Department of War organizations to design, refine, and modernize KM curriculum, incorporating civilian best practices. Develop standardized educational briefings for Newcomer, Supervisor, and Action Officer courses while establishing and facilitating the KMR Community of Practice. Manage course logistics, including registration, MOIs, rosters, evaluations, and publishing training artifacts to the KM repository with proper metadata. Deliver training via virtual, in-person, hybrid, or LMS models and maintain metrics for KMR appointments and maturity models. Travel to off-site locations across 54 States, Territories, and DC to conduct courses and coordinate training aids. Requires Active Secret clearance, five years of enterprise KM experience, and US Army KM Qualification Course certification.

Required Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience applying enterprise KM principles, with emphasis on delivering KM training and curriculum using LMS platforms, enabling cross-functional knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice, and supporting KM governance.
  • US Army KM Qualification Course (KMQC).
  • Basic proficiency with SharePoint Online (365), including lists, libraries, sites, permissions, and content organization.
  • A bachelor's or higher degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Travel to off-site training locations and to select States and Territories, as required, to conduct courses, and coordinate shipment of training aids as needed.
