Job Summary
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting for refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple cuisyn restaurant locations, ensuring continuous cold chain integrity. Perform mandated leak inspections and gas documentation in compliance with legal regulations while coordinating external service providers when necessary. Serve as the primary technical contact for facility managers regarding equipment inquiries and contribute expertise during new site openings and renovations. Maintain accurate service records and inventory levels for spare parts. Operate with a company vehicle and professional tools, traveling between Rhein-Main locations as required. Requires Category I refrigeration certificate and willingness to work outside standard hours.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Anlagenmechaniker für Kälte- und Klimatechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Kälteschein (Kategorie I nach ChemKlimaschutzV) oder Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu erwerben
- Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Kälte- und Klimaanlagen
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Bereitschaft, zwischen unseren Standorten im Rhein-Main-Gebiet zu pendeln
- Eigenverantwortung & Teamgeist
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
