Job Summary
Manage daily customer service via telephone, assisting participants with questions regarding prizes, lottery tickets, and supported charities. Inform clients about lot upgrades such as Plus and Premium while maintaining a service-oriented approach. Engage with participants at events to blend work with fun, following a flexible schedule including days and Saturdays to accommodate study commitments. Operate from Amsterdam Zuid with a contract of at least 16 hours per week. Join a team dedicated to contributing directly to better support for good causes.
