Job Summary
Manage daily telephone contact with participants to answer questions about prizes, lottery tickets, and supported charities. Explain lottery upgrades such as Plus and Premium while guiding new hires through an extensive onboarding process covering all lot details. Meet participants at events where work and fun intersect to build community. This part-time role offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday (09:00–21:00) and Saturday (09:30–16:00), with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Based in Amsterdam Zuid, the position supports a team dedicated to contributing to a better world through direct charitable impact.
