Job Summary
Monitor the order process proactively to ensure smooth operations and handle second-line inquiries for Dutch, German, and English webshops, as well as questions from various marketplaces. Serve customers via email, phone, and social media while acting as the face of Petite Amélie. Requires fluent Dutch in writing and speech, with German or English as a plus. Minimum MBO level and strong written communication skills are essential. Full-time availability of at least three days per week at the Zevenaar/Weesp office is required. Bonus opportunities, laptop provision, and flexible remote work options are available.
Required Qualifications
- Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en schrift
- Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het werken met klanten en/of customer service
- Minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar om te werken op kantoor in Zevenaar/Weesp
