Job Summary
Greet every customer with a smile and ensure smooth handling of inquiries or complaints. Maintain a tidy and organized cash register while quickly escalating issues to keep customers informed. Work in a team environment with ample variety in tasks, utilizing strong communication skills to provide excellent service. Requires 20 to 24 hours per week with flexible availability during daytime, weekends, and holidays. Part of Makro's retail team across sixteen locations in the Netherlands.
